위치좋고 조용하고 한커플만 살고있어서 많이 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않고

집도 깨끗하게 사용중이고 이 커플이 한국 BBQ를 좋아해서 집에서 자주 구어먹습니다.
쉐어구하다보면 마음맞는 사람 구하기 힘든데 이 커플은 진짜 착해서 마음에 드실꺼예요 ㅎㅎ

We’re a couple looking for flatmates to share apartment with us.
My boyfriend is 33 years old from Oz and I’m 27 years old from Taiwan.
We’re clean, respectful and like to be social with our house mates.
The room we’re renting:
-Private room for a couple, two friends or single($280/week)
-Own massive bathroom (we have our own)
-All bills included - electricity, water, and unlimited Internet
-5 minutes walk to Cypress Avenue tram station, bus stop and Coles
-5 minutes walk to shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, beach and Woolworths
-Mirror wardrobe
-All furnished
-Long balcony with green views
Kitchen comes fully loaded. We provide sponges, dish washing liquid and garbage bags etc for cleaning. This is all included in the rent.
In the building:
-On site manager
-Secure Parking
-Public area including: pool, spa, sauna, BBQ area, pond garden and full size tennis court
We have a Netflix account that we don’t mind sharing. I love cooking and baking and works at a bakery.
Building rules stipulate:
No parties allowed on site. (Small gatherings acceptable, within reason)
No pets
No smoking
