Cavil 과 Sufers station 중간에 위치하고 있어 지리적으로 좋은 아파트 입니다. 7월 3일부터 입주 가능하고요. 

남여 상관없이 받습니다. 현재는 여자 한 명 남자 두 명과 방 공유하고 있습니다. 호주 현지인 분도 있고 타국 분들도 있는데 저희는 '영어아파트'라서 모든 flatmate가 영어 사용하고 있어요. 영어학습이 목적이라면 이만큼 좋은 아파트가 없지 않을까 싶네요. 다들 친근하고 서로 존중하는 분위기라서 다가가기도 편하고요. 실내흡연은 금지입니다.

또 한국인분들이 걱정하실 만한 거, 바퀴벌레? 세 달동안 한 마리도 못 봤습니다. 깔끔하게 관리하고 있기도 하고, 애초에 벌레가 많이 없는 곳 같습니다. 세 달 동안 모기물린 Flat mates도 한 명 없었어요!

Hello Everyone,

Location: Surfers Paradise

We got One bed available in our amazing apartment from 3rd July! 

It’s a relaxing and clean apartment. We have free unlimited internet and water included in the rent. Electricity is shared with all flatmates and paid equally. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. 

We also have TV, washing macahine, two fridge. 

Active and kind flat mates, sometime we go surf together, make food together and dine together. It is good to make global friends here.

Room is shared between four people. no matter the gender, available for everyone. 

Apartment has a pool and very close to tram, bus station, supermarket and Night clubs.

It’s a Multicultural and English speaking apartment, so let’s enjoy the Australian life together. 

Rent is 135$ per week!
