I have a room available on 27th of February
at Varsity lakes 4 bedroom house with big backyard.

Lake Orr is just around corner to go for walk which is so beautiful and Bond Uni is walking distance (About 15 mins).
Robina Town Centre Is about 5 mins by car or bus.
There are bus stops near the house.

You’ll have your own room and shower and toilet will be sharing with other share mate.
There are near new blanket ,doona , sheets, desk and chair rug and closet in this room.
Wifi and electricity and water are included.

Female adult only, preferred Asian female,
working or students
No party ,No males sleep over please:)

I’m (female) the owner living with my sons (8 years old and 5 years old).and other share mate is an nice Korean girl !
Lots of laughs in this house. :)
We are pretty busy working and school and lessons most of week days.
