For unit 2 ( 2 bed room) --- 1 New Zealand couple & 1 couple room empty.

For unit 1 (2 bed room) --- 1 Argentinian couple & 1 couple room empty.

I have 2 couple room (own bathroom and walk in wardrobe) @ $ 150 each / week & $160 each / week.

single room (share bath room) @ $ 220/week.

Minimum Stay 3 months & almost new unit.

We have parking area, bicycle rack. (15 min walk to tram station)
