Can be short term ($140 per wk each) or long term stay = 3 months ($130 per wk each).
Must be clean and quite. Its not a party house so respect this. My sharehouse is for you only, not friends.
Rent $130 per week for 3 months agreement / contract. Including all expenses water / electricity / unlimited wifi.
Security Deposite $260.
Two weeks notice to leave is very important!
