A Japanese mum and son are looking for a new share mate. A son is going to Bond uni. Currently, a Japanese lad (who is studying at Bond uni) is sharing our house already and we are looking for a share mate in the another room. 

Internet, electricity, water, gas, toilet paper, washing powder and seasonings are all included in the rent. 

Bus stops are close to our house too which goes to the airport, bond uni and Pacific fair etc. (750, 760 & 765) 

Behind our house there is easy T centre and Robina town shopping centre is just 10 minute away by walking. 

We have got a bicycle which you can use at any time. 

We prefer worker or student. We have 2 dogs in our house.
