Preferences
Library, Tafe, Tram station, Coles and Woolworth are all in 5 minute walking distance.
It would be only 3 people in the house including you.
The masteroom is taken and you will share the room with me.
However, during the daytime I mostly stay at the study room so it is almost your own room except the night time. I go out before 9 and come back to the house after 3pm usually.
This is not a party house but we are friendly and respect each other's privacy.
The house is very clean and all furnished.
All bills included.
We have nice amenities on the 3rd floor such as 2 spas and 1 indoor warm pool ,2 outdoor pools and two spacious gym, sauna and 3 bbq facilities.
If you need a car park you can rent one from the management office which costs around 33dollars a week.
