hi i have private room $140  in a nice house near griffith university 5 minutes walk to uni and the queen street tram station the house is located at 39 kumbari avenue southport . the price is $140 per week includes all bills the bed is a queen size and the room has ceiling fan . house has fast internet good bathrooms and kitchen bike parking and free on street car parking . we have a tv room free washing machine bbq area . the other house mates are very friendly we have australian people korean japanese singapore and colombian people living there house has 4 bathrooms its big place . if you would like to inspect please send txt to 0473342074 to arrange a time . mininum stay is 4 weeks to as long as you would like . 2 weeks rent as bond return on check out . when leaving need to give 2 weeks notice . house is clean safe and in good location house manager is australian . have a good day cheers
