렌트 계약 만료전에 이사가려고 owner에게 쓰는 letter 입니다.도움 부탁 드립니다.

I would like to move out at the end of next month (july) as I have difficulties to pay the rent.
Recently, I was laid off and am not able to maintain the rent any longer.
I hope you understand my situation and allow me moving out by the end of july.

I would like to move out at the end of July as I have difficulty paying the rent.
Recently, I was laid off and I cannot continue to pay the current rent.
I hope you understand my situation and please allow me to move out by the end of July.

laid off 보단 그냥 일반적으로 lost my job 라고 하셔도 좋을듯.
조금 어색한 부분이 보이긴 하지만, 내용전달은 충분합니다. 부디, 집주인이 협조해주길 기원합니다.
