Our client is a fashion retailer with over 160 stores across the country, offering the latest trends in clothing and accessories to our customers.We are seeking an individual with strong administration skills and willingness to learn shop fitting to join the team.
Major responsibilities
-Analyse and prepare various reports
-Effectively manage their time to complete a variety of administrative tasks as required-
-Provide general office support as required
-Liaise with the external project company
-Liaise with the external design company
-Always look for more efficient and effective processes and take initiative where appropriate to reduce company expenses
-Mediating store maintenance and store damage issues
-Administrative tasks (i.e. filing)
-Ad hoc duties and projects as requested
-Co-ordinate maintenance of stores
-Co-ordinate shop fitters as required
-Liaise with Retail operations to co-ordinate store opening and closing schedules
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
-Excellent communication skills
-High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in work
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi task
-Proficient in MS Office(particularly Excel) & AUTOCAD
-No experience is requied as on the job training will be provided
