Receptionist Wanted in WA Island Resort (Korean Speaking Essential)

Our client is a luxury resort that surrounds guests in the island’s tranquillity and unspoilt natural beauty in WA. This resort is currently seeking a receptionist (Korean speaking essential to collaborate with the head office) and the resort is located at WA (4-5 hours away from Perth by flight). An interview can be arranged with the resort HR department immediately if your application has met the requirements of our client and the commencement date for successful candidate is to be discussed but ASAP.

Requirements;

- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written (Advanced Level of English)

- Relevant working experience previously (Not essential but preferable)

- Strong work ethics

- Ability to work in team

- Ability to deal with various types of clients and build strong client relationships

- A willingness to learn

- Professional presentation

- Having an eye for detail


Your responsibilities will include:

- General administration tasks

- Assisting customers\' check in and out

- Handling customer\'s enquiries in relation to booking, complaints, sales, and promotion

- Building strong relationship with business partners

- Cooperation with head office

- Invoice issue and management


Salary package for the mentioned above position is depending on the candidate\'s qualification and experiences but normally is $45,000 per year inclusive superannuation and tax.

Once successful, flight ticket from Perth to the Island will be provided by the resort. (Return ticket provided for employees those who commit a long term employment)

Also, employees\' accommodation and three meals per day will be offered by resort by paying $50 per week only.
