Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description
- Full time
- Co-ordination of all retail activities
- Management of store employees and Area Managers
- Analyse sales results and advise Area Managers of initiatives to be taken
- Control wage expenditure and maximise sales targets
Requirements
- Possesses Australian driver’s license
- Fluent English
- Willing to travel across Australia and to work more than 5 days a week
- Has excellent communication skills
- Sales experience in a similar industry is not necessary but is preferred.
- Passionately customer focused, warm, friendly and outgoing personality
- Self-motivated, committed and high team work spirit.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and honesty.
