Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join its small team in Brisbane as an Administration Assistant
As the administration assistant you will be responsible for the overall management of the office. This includes handling office expenses, ordering supplies and managing service contracts.
You will be also required to assist our expatriates in a variety of areas from relocation to booking travel arrangements. You will be the key contact point for our office and require good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with our project partners.
Key Duties Include –
• Service Contract Management (IT, Phone, Internet, Office Supplies etc)
• Manage Company and Expats Insurance
• Ongoing Billing Management and Improvements
• Company Car Management
• Manage Office Supplies, Filing and Document Control
• Support / Assist the Managing Director
• Support / Assist Expatriates (Visa Requirements, Lease Management etc)
• Business Trip Management (Booking Flights, Hotel Management)
• Fire / Emergency Warden
• Ad-hoc Duties as required
• Main contact point for all enquiries
• 3rd party gas/LNG marketing support
Essentials –
• Must speak fluent English and Korean.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Hanword
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
