HR Administrator (Bilingual preferred)
Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join HR team at manufacturing site in Southern rural area in NSW (500km from Sydney).
In this diverse role you will be responsible for the maintenance of the HR database, preparation of correspondence, file management, the issuing of safety equipment and first aid supplies, mail collection, assisting with the organisation of temporary staff, and providing basic HR generalist support to the National HR Manager and our HR Business Partners.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience in similar role (preferred)
- Work experience in busy office environment is desirable
- Bilingual/Multilingual skills are a plus(Korean/Chinese/Vietnamese etc.)
- Proven office administration and organisational skills
- Strong Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt to various tasks throughout the day
- Be punctual and possess a professional attitude
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
Remuneration:
- Negotiable depending on working experience
- Accommodation will be provided
