Administration Officer (Korean/English Bilingual)

Our client is currently looking for an Admin Officer to join their team in Regional NSW. (5 hours from Sydney)
This is an exceptional opportunity for organised and motivated candidate who are looking for an Office
Admin role within a growing organisation. A successful candidate will have previous experience in an
Administration position along with strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
You will need strong administration skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to deadlines and priorities.
Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines,
strong interpersonal and good communication skills, and intermediate MS-Office skills are also a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities :
- Communication and correspondence
- General support to the staffs and Management
- Day-to-day office admin including office operation
- Cooperation with other employees
- Database analysis and management

Requirements :
- At least 1 year working experience in related role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (must be bilingual)
- Proven analysing skills based on database.
- Knowledge in a wide range of computer systems. (SAP, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Be punctual and possess a professional attitude
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
