Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Trade Person to join their team at manufacturing site in Southern rural area in NSW (500km from Sydney).
In return for your exceptional experience and understanding of a fast paced manufacturing environment, you will be working for a highly regarded, successful and expanding company who value the contribution of their employees.
* Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems
- Complete software programming as required
- Complete documentation for all electrical systems and ensure it is well organised and filed
- Assembly and installation assistance of control cabinets as required
- Identify and resolve time and resource conflicts
- Attend (remote access) breakdown callouts and telephone support as required
- Ensure fault diagnoses is completed, reported and recorded
- Provide advice and solutions to issues to the management team and other stakeholders
- Provide day to day support for the company\'s manufacturing equipment/systems as required
- Carry out scheduled maintenance or calibration activities on equipment/systems to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum and with minimal impact on production
- Diagnosing breakdown problems and carrying out repairs within a set time
- Carry out quality inspections
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance with the CV systems
- IT and communications networking
- Work closely with system providers in design, installing and commissioning of new plant.
- Develop programming skills and understanding of PLC and control systems within electricians and key maintenance staff
- Research and testing of new technology that can be adopted to improve plant
- Management of electrical projects relating to plant control modifications
* Requirements
- NSW Licensed Person
- Experience with computers/systems/PLC\'s is highly desirable
- Use of problem solving skills as required
- Courteous, obliging and responsive manner
- Competent oral and written skills
- Ability to manage one\'s own time effectively
- Ability to think on one\'s feet in order to juggle several tasks at once
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Team player
- Experience in Manufacturing site will be highly regarded.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
- Ability to speak Korean is desirable, but not essential
* Remuneration:
- Negotiable depending on working experience
