PACKHOUSE WORKER

Patane Produce is a well-established, privately owned & operated, Vegetable Growing & Packing business located in the Myalup area in the South West region of Western Australia where you can enjoy a real ‘Beach Lifestyle’ and easily accessible from Perth.

We are looking for packing shed workers who love to work for 12 months or more, and to save money for your once-in-a-lifetime travel around Australia. If you are a Working Holiday Visa holder, then you will be entitled to extend your visa for a 2nd year with us.

Full Job Description

Modern Awards and Ordinary hours per fortnight are 76 hours but more hours are available.

Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate with low costs.

The Role:

Your day may include some or all of the following:

• have a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient workplace
• You must be able to stand for long hours
• May involve some lifting
• Able to cope with repetitive work
• Maintain a clean work area with daily cleaning duties
• Good hygiene practices
• Have an easy-going disposition and good learning attitude.
• General understanding of quality control and standards of produce
• Have a right to work in Australia
