Homes4Rent are currently looking for someone who is passionate about their own professional development and managing our client’s assets with customer service playing a large part in the role.
Homes4Rent is growing from strength to strength - currently covering the greater Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich and Brisbane corridors and we want to find someone with not only the experience to get through the day as a property manager, but someone who has a strong customer service ability and is a great communicator!
After all – real estate isn’t a property game – it’s a networking and building relationship industry
We are looking for someone who can:
Manage a portfolio from start to finish
Nurture and maintain an excellent relationship with both owners and tenants
Prepare detailed property reports including entries, exits and routines
Handle tenant onboarding and exit processes
All administrative tasks of managing a portfolio
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Prepare insurance claims and tribunal documents (when and if needed)
Represent the business (and our clients) at Tribunal where needed
Someone with a can-do attitude and wants to be a team player
Take a pro-active role in assisting the Office Manager to implement even better efficiencies and improvements
Represent Homes4Rent with its professional standing and market reputation

We also have support for admin tasks that will assist you with focussing on providing excellent customer service
Homes4Rent is constantly evolving, improving, and working “behind the scenes” to not only improve the business but improve your role as a property manager and valued team member

A company vehicle is made available for any work related travel – no extra wear and tear on your own car!
Flexible working arrangements available
Our ideal candidate will have:
Current QLD Real Estate certificate or licence
Queensland drivers licence – preferably open category
High level business ethics and a passion for exceeding client expectations
Be self-motivated, driven, be able to work under pressure and as a result be organised and have proven time management skills
Experience with PropertyMe and Realworks preferred (but not necessary as training can be provided)
Prior property management experience would be welcome
Be results driven
Exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude
Professional presentation
Attention to detail with great written and verbal communication skills
Focussed on delivering outstanding service to clients
Salary package dependent on experience
Ability to work in a team environment
