The position requires the candidate to be 'hands on' and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business, from management of the office environment to overseeing administrative functions to ensure efficient and consistent operations across the business.



As General Manager you will be an integral member within the organisation. You will be responsible for:

? Assisting in the strategic direction of the business
? Financial management, Reporting and analysis
? Monitoring day-to-day operations
? Client relationship management
? New business development
? Ensuring customer satisfaction
? Managing a small team
? Driving market share and revenue growth in an increasingly competitive market



The ideal candidate will demonstrate:


? Must have number of years of professional management experience incorporating financial, administration and staff management
? Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, P&L
? Demonstrated senior leadership experience with the ability to work cross-functionally;
? Bachelor degree + within a relevant field;
? Fluent speaking in both English and Korean
? A strong understanding the current market
? Excellent presentation and communication skills at a senior level;
? Highly organised
? Proven experience delivering campaigns for well-known brands
? Very passionate and dedicated
? A driven and energetic working approach
