What are weeds?
잡초란 무엇입니까?

Weeds are wild plants; they are a part of the Earth and
were created by the Creator-born from love.
Can you really reject anything born from the Earth?
Everything has its purpose and meaning for being here.
Weeds are beautiful plants that flower and enjoy the space near plants,
orchards, vegetables, flowers.
They are strong plants and they are not shy.
They grow powerfully.
They are full of vitality and can provide humans with the nutrients they need.
잡초란 야생초 입니다.
그들은 조물주님의 사랑으로 태어난 지구의 일부가 아닌가요?
지구로부터 내어난 어떠한 것이든지 당신은 진정으로 거절할 수 있나요?
모든 것은 이곳에 존재하는 목적과 의미를 가지고 있지요.
잡초들도 다른 식물들과 과수원과 채소들과 꽃들의 가까운 공간을 즐기고
꽃을 피우는 아름다운 식물입니다.
잡초들은 강한 식물들이고 수줍어하지 않습니다.
그들은 힘차게 성장을 하지요.
그들은 활기가 넘치며 그리고 인간들에게 필요한 자양분을 공급할 수 있지요.



Why neglect weeds for vegetables?
Feel the value of each precious plant.
Know how it flows and why it flows.
Their flow must be felt with love.
There is a rhythm.
All farmers know this.
Why do human beings think they are greater than beings of nature?
Though this mistaken thought they have brought about terrible results.
I pray that all of you visit a garden.
Go back to the seedlings and roots.
The time has come to start again.
There is no time.

각각의 소중한 식물의 가치를 느껴보세요.
그것이 어떻게 흐르고 왜 흐르는지를 알아야 합니다.
그들의 흐름은 사랑으로 느껴져야 합니다.
리듬이 있지요.
모든 농부들은 이것을 압니다.
왜 인간들은 자연의 존재보다 위대하다고 생각하는 거지요?
이러한 잘못된 판단으로 그들은 무서운 결과를 초래하였습니다.
모두 정원을 방문해 보기를 빕니다.
묘목을 돌보고 뿌리를 내릴 수 있도록 돌아가세요.
새로 시작할 수 있는 시간입니다.
이제는 시간이 없습니다.




I would like to ask why people are not honest about the crisis facing the Earth.
They are so easygoing and act as if nature will recover by itself.
They act as if nothing will happen to the earth for the next 100 years.
저는 왜 인간들이 지구가 직면하고 있는 위기에 대해 정직하지 않은지에 대해 여쭤보고 싶습니다.
그들은 매우 안이하고, 마치 자연이 스스로 회복될 것처럼 행동합니다.
그들은 마치 앞으로 100년 동안 지구에 아무 일도 일어나지 않을 것처럼 행동합니다.


It’s fear.
To admit there’s a crisis would be to give into fear.
People would rather focus on hope.
They think that even if we neglect to do something-even though it’s so obvious
things are getting worse- someone will always find a solution at some point.
It’s humans good intention, but also their lack of responsibility.
그것은 공포 때문입니다.
위기가 있을 거라는 것을 인정하면 공포가 생기지요.
사람들은 희망에 주목하는 경향이 있습니다.
그들은 자신들이 무엇인가를 하길 등한시해도-비록 상황이 더 나빠질 것이라는 것이 분명해도-
누군가가 어떤 시점에 해결책을 발견하거니 생각합니다.
그것은 인간의 좋은 의도이지만, 그들의 책임감 결여이기도 합니다.


If they refuse to take responsibility for their actions, there will be a consequence.
This is common knowledge.
If you act out in school, the teacher reprimands you.
If you act out in society, the police arrest you.
If you go against the natural laws of the earth,
the earth will respond in order to a) bring the balance back and
b) give a punishment for the mal-treatment.
I don’t think this is hard logic to follow.
Everywhere you look in the world, the signs are quite clear.
그들이 그들의 행동에 책임지기를 거부한다면, 그에 대한 결과가 따를 것이지요.
이것은 상식입니다.
만약 당신이 학교에서 행실이 불량하다면 선생님의 질책이 따를 것이지요.
당신이 사회에서 그렇게 행동한다면 경찰이 당신을 체포할 것입니다.
당신들이 지구의 자연법칙을 거스른다면 a) 지구는 균형을 찾고,
b) 당신들의 그 잘못된 행동에 대한 응징을 위해 반응할 겁니다.
저는 이것이 이해하기 어려운 논리라고 생각하지 않아요.
당신이 보고 있는 세계 어느 곳에서도 그 징후는 참으로 분명하지 않은가요?


It’s a crisis of material civilization.
The material world has forgotten its perceptions and senses,
and the people can no longer identify what is a plant, herb or flower
or where their food has come from.
They don’t know the slightest thing about how nature feels or wants to flow.
They put fear into all the animals
and the whole consciousness of the world is unstable and fear-based.
Let’s return to the variety of life.
Let’s return back to nature.
That is the only hope for the survival of humanity.
Try to feel the beauty of nature.
Don’t try to conquer nature, but try to live together according to the flow of nature.
